Here’s how our month to month program works:

1. Initial Assessment and Installation: On our first visit, our skilled technicians will thoroughly inspect your property to identify areas where rodents live, rest and hide!
   Based on this assessment, we will strategically place locked bait stations in these critical areas to ensure optimal effectiveness.
   
2. Monthly Follow up Visits: Our technicians will visit your property and replace the bait to ensure stations are active and replenished.

Here's how our one time payment program works:

1. Initial Assessment and Installation: On our first visit, our skilled technicians will thoroughly inspect your property to identify areas where rodents live, rest and hide!
   Based on this assessment, we will strategically place locked bait stations in these critical areas to ensure optimal effectiveness.
2. First Follow-Up: During our second visit, we will check all previously installed bait stations to monitor their usage. We will refill the bait as needed to ensure continued protection and address any new signs of rodent activity.
3. Second Follow-Up: On the third visit, our team will perform another round of inspections on the bait stations, refilling the bait where necessary and making any adjustments to enhance the program's effectiveness.
4. Final Follow-Up: This visit occurs in the spring, once the snow has melted. During this final inspection, our team will review the bait stations, refill the bait as needed, and make any necessary adjustments to optimize the effectiveness of bait stations.
   
   This comprehensive Four-visit program ensures that your property’s perimeter is consistently monitored and maintained, providing peace of mind and a significant reduction in rodent activity on the outside of your property.
